1 Parsnip (large, peeled, sliced into fries)
1 1/2 tsps Avocado Oil
1/8 Lemon (juiced)
1 1/2 tsps Greek Seasoning
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add the parsnips to a large bowl. Add the oil, lemon juice, and Greek seasoning. Toss to combine.
3. Spread them out onto the baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, turning them halfway through. Divide it onto plates and enjoy!
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
One serving is equal to approximately one cup of fries.
