Peach Salsa

Ingredients

1/2 Peach (large, finely chopped)

2 tbsps Red Onion (finely diced)

1/4 Jalapeno Pepper (finely chopped)

1 1/2 tbsps Cilantro (finely chopped)

1 tbsp Lime Juice

1/8 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve, and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.

Serving Size
One serving is equal to approximately 1/4 cup.

Serve it With
Tortilla chips, in salads or bowls, on burgers, on tacos, or with protein of choice.
