Suz Jeffreys, MS in Ed, Certified Health Coach, Nutrition Therapist, Personal Trainer, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Water Aerobics Instructor, has been empowering thousands of high achievers worldwide to eat clean, get lean and have fun for over 30 years! She loves simplifying clean eating, mindset, & fitness for busy, active people so they can stop sacrificing their health for their work, shed fat, build muscle, and love how they look and feel!
Despite years of working out consistently as a Fitness Professional, she struggled with her weight and was stuck in a vicious cycle of losing and gaining up to 10-30 lbs over and over. After trying every diet she could find (yep, even the dreaded cabbage soup diet, lol!) she almost gave up on loving how her body looked and felt ever again.
But before she did, Suz decided to take a deep dive into the field of Nutrition. And finally, she cracked the healthy weight code, shed the extra fat, built muscle, and feels amazing! Suz loves living, working, and playing in Southwest Florida, where she’s eating clean, staying lean, and having tons of fun!
Quirky facts: Suz loves rescue dogs and horses, the beach, boating on the Gulf, good wine, and Thai food.
