Before I started Suz’s “Healthy Weight Loss Challenge” I was unaware of why my weight, energy and sleep patterns were all over the board. I committed to it because I knew my tendencies toward sugar addiction; and my husband and I needed a boost to our re-established patterns of healthy living. Most of my transformation was mental; however in less than 30 days I lost 4 pounds and many inches.
